Warranty Policy
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Transfer Case Solutions.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Transfer Case Solutions (the "Physical Goods").
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Transfer Case Solutions will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
This Limited Warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
What will we do to correct problems?
Transfer Case Solutions will either:
Rebuild the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
Replace the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts
Exchange the Product with a new or refurbished Product
Refund your purchase price
If Transfer Case Solutions should elect to replace your unit, the replacement unit shall be considered to be a repair and does not extend the warranty beyond that issued with the original unit.
Warranty Questionnaire must be signed, completed and returned to Transfer Case Solutions within 30 days.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Transfer Case Solutions is 1 Year from the date of purchase or 18,000 miles.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 1 Year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification, unreasonable use, mistreatment, negligence, accidental breakage.
Damaged or destroyed by natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disaster
Theft or loss of the Physical Goods
Using any fluid other than Manufacture recommended fluid, low fluid level.
Not installed by a professional certified mechanic at a legitimate repair facility holding regular business hours and open to the general public.
Commercial, farm vehicles, motorhomes, rental, off road, high performance, etc.
Warranty is VOID if vehicle has been altered or modified in any way from how the vehicle was originally equipped. Including but not limited to the following: tuners, EGR delete kits, exhaust, injectors, injection pump modifications, turbochargers, super chargers, performance clutches, and tire sizes that are different than what the vehicle was originally equipped with.
Parts that have failed that were not replaced/repaired under original scope of work, as that's considered to have happened naturally.
Opening of / Removing any part of the transfer case, by any other parties, other than Transfer Case Solutions.
No claims will be honored if any outstanding money, any open cores, defects, or invoices are due to Transfer Case Solutions
Fluid or any miscellaneous shop charges. The customer will be responsible for any such cost incurred, that are not covered by the warranty.
Transfer Case Solutions will pay for shipping charges up to $200.
Transfer Case Solutions shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Physical Good while in transit to us.
This Limited Warranty is void if the Physical Goods are returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations.
If an inadequate shipping box is used resulting in damaged parts upon arrival.
There is NO provision for rental car, towing, motel, meals, travel, etc.
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must obtain a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return a product by contacting us.
Deliver the Physical Goods, in either its original packaging, including any accessories or documents that shipped with the Physical Goods to the address specified by Transfer Case Solutions.
If a Reusable Transit Box was returned to Transfer Case Solutions for a handling deposit return. Transfer Case Solutions will provide a Reusable Transit box to ship your transfer case in, upon customer request, at no cost to customer. Does not count towards max shipping charges.

Transfer Case Solutions will not be liable for death or injury to a person or damage to property; or any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products. Such damages include, but are not limited to damage to transmission, engine components or other associated parts, cost of capital, telephone, and freight charges, sales tax on any parts or repairs, or any customer claims of damages.
Implied Warranties
EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
Limitation of Damages
EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Transfer Case Solutions SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Consumer Protection
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state to state.
Governing Law
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of California, United States without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
