The NP205 Adjustable Shifter Detents work with both passenger and driver drop NP205's. These allow you to set how much pressure there is on the Shift rails allowing softer or firmer shifts.

Not just used in cable shifter set up, but also in OE shifters if you feel the shifting is too soft and want to firm up the shifting and vice versa.
