Core Deposit Detailed Instructions

To receive a refund, cores must be returned within 2 months of the purchase date. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If there was a lead time, product not in stock and ready to ship, 2 months will start after the transfer case is received.

If you are unsure if you're still within the return window reach out to Transfer Case Solutions for a definitive answer.

If the product you purchased included a core deposit charge please follow the instructions below:

• Carefully open the product that has been sent to you.

Note: You will need to reuse the box the item was sent in to return the core and receive your deposit back.

• Inspect the product and be sure it meets your satisfaction.

• Remove all items from the box.

• Place the fully assembled product to be returned directly in the box and follow directions on how to secure the item and box.

Note: Product cores returned to TransferCaseSolutions.com that are not fully assembled, or are not the unit that was removed from the vehicle, will void the core deposit and the deposit will be forfeited.

You may use the carrier of your choice to return the item.

You may request a return label be provided to take advantage of our discounted rates. TransferCaseSolutions.com reserves the right in special instances, on an individual basis, to comply with customer's request. These charges will still be passed on to you, the customer, as you are responsible for all return costs.

When a shipping label is provided, you must follow return directions. These directions may be provided via hard copy with the rebuilt transfer case, or via electronic device after the request is made for a return shipping label to be provided. If you fail to follow directions, which directly result in increased shipping costs, you will forfeit part or all of your core deposit and, but not always, part or all of your reusable transit box deposit.
Freight, international & non-continental US core returns are accepted, however coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client.
You will not receive core credit if it is smashed, rusted solid, or otherwise deemed unusable upon inspection.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product your deposit will be refunded to your original form of payment. We, Transfer Case Solutions, reserves the right and final say to consider an item eligible for core refund, due to our high quality of build standard set before the customer.

There will be no partial refund of core deposits.

Transfer Case Solutions reserves the right to accept a core that is different than purchased product; when communicated and instructed by Transfer Case Solutions to return said unit.
